Sr. Consultant & Consultants – Project Managers and More

The Consultant tier in our organization works with clients to manage the project-at-hand as well as ongoing client relationships. Consultants work either full- or part-time. Given that most of our clients are with us for many years, we expect our Consultants to deliver our value and service promise with every task. The difference between a Senior Consultant and Consultant? Experience.

Compensation is based on experience, availability, and scope of work relating to a project or client. When you identify an up-sell or cross-sell opportunity with a Partner – you earn bonuses after the deal closes. Important here, this is not a sales role, it is a relationship role – your first job is to take care of the client.

Consultants work directly with their assigned Partner – and they team up to conquer the assignment. In some cases, you may have analysts or others available to help – but the most successful people are self-starters and jump in with both feet. You are a good candidate if you can:

		Create project plans, timelines, and information requests
		Communicate effectively with both the client and (importantly) the internal team to be sure everyone is informed and moving in the same direction
		Work with the project team to manage and collect all required data and information
		Coordinate efforts with our third-party providers to be sure all resources are provided in a proper form and as requested
		Draft specifications and user documentation
		Document issues and questions throughout the project cycle and ensure all are resolved in a timely manner
		Listen to the client and help identify any other possible issues, solutions, and opportunities

Specifically, we look for candidates with the following qualifications:

		Bachelor’s degree – Master Degrees a bonus
		Relevant experience or knowledge in the following – GIS, Database Marketing, Data Development/Management
		Topical Experience in Real Estate or Development, Marketing, Market Research
		Demonstrated project management skills
		Demonstrated strengths in communication and interpersonal skills
