Tracy L. Nagel, Partner
Tracy is an accomplished professional, bringing almost twenty years of
marketing and information management experience including: strategic planning,
business process design, site optimization and channel management concepts,
web-based system development, data warehousing/marting, and direct marketing
applications. Her extensive project and process management expertise has
enabled clients to maximize opportunities, reach new heights, and positively
impact return on investments.
Prior to founding x-span results, Tracy served as a Principal with Furash &
Company. In this capacity, she served as a senior contributor for retail
marketing assignments, specializing in site management and rationalization
strategies, CRM concept development, marketing information technology
alignment, and distributed access strategies. She defined analytical components
supporting distribution system alignment, customer retention and acquisition
tactics, consumer segmentation concepts, and line of business strategies.
Tracy also applied her expertise in project design and implementation as Vice
President for the Financial Services Group of Claritas, Inc. She managed a
custom applications division, assisting clients in the design of unique
systemic solutions to manage sales and information management/transfer needs.
Tracy also served as a Senior Director, Midwest Regional Sales, developing
information and analytical processes required to support client marketing
strategies.
Early career assignments include Marketing Information Administrator at Society
Corporation (acquired by KeyCorp) where Tracy managed the development,
collection and reporting of all marketing, competitive, and secondary
information. She also was responsible for developing applications and models to
support the ongoing efforts related to sales and segment management, customer
profitability, competitive intelligence, direct marketing, and retention
initiatives. She was involved extensively with the Society-Ameritrust merger,
supporting database development for direct mail communications, implementing a
customer retention database measurement system, determing viable consolidation
activities and bundling sites in support of mandated divestitures, and managing
the research department integration process.
Tracy holds BA and MBA degrees in Business Administration with a concentration
in Marketing from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio. She is widely
published in industry trade journals and is a spokesperson on matters related
to the articulation of marketing, sales and site strategies utilizing new
information technologies. She currently resides in Durham, NC where she is an
avid Durham Bulls fan.

Andy Straker, Partner
Andy specializes in information and technology integration including: database
design, implementation, and administration, and creating custom marketing
information software applications to create environments that promote decision
making efforts as well as facilitate information management and transfer
processes, and create environment. Andy’s expertise in distributed access and
workflow design helps marketing teams streamline and standardize processes and
optimize resources.
